  1. When ready to cook, set the Traeger temperature to 275°F and preheat with the lid closed for 15 minutes. - 275 ˚F / 135 ˚C
  2. Generously rub the pork chops with Traeger Pork & Poultry Rub. Let sit for 15 minutes.
  3. Place pork chops directly on the grill grates. Close the lid and bake for 30 minutes, then flip and bake for another 30 minutes. - 275 ˚F / 135 ˚C
  4. Remove the pork chops from the grill and increase the grill temperature to 450°F and preheat with the lid closed for 10 minutes. - 450 ˚F / 232 ˚C
  5. Place the pork chops back on the grill and insert the probe into the thickest part of a chop, avoiding the bone. Cook for 3 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F. - 450 ˚F
  6. Remove the chops from the grill and let rest for 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
